Q: How long does it take to create a video tour and post it to the web?
A: 2 - 3 full business days, however, we guarantee a 5 business day completion from the time of the shoot to web posting.

Q: Why does it cost $599? What service am I getting for this?
A: Video Tours are a lot of work! Travel, material expenses, professional camera work, script writing, narration, and editing. Also included is web video encoding, html coding, and graphic design. It takes us 10 hours of labor and over $10,000 in materials to produce each video tour.

Q: Can we get a DVD copy for distribution?
A: Yes, two NTSC DVD master copies are included free with each order. Additional copies are $5 each. We also have the ability to print silk screen and DVD professional packaging for an additional cost.

Q: Can I pay out of escrow? Is it an option to pay after the property sells or on a delayed basis?
A: Yes, the price is $899 if paid out of escrow and a contract is required for the balance which is due 90 days from the contract date or when sale occurs (whichever is first).
